The Governing Body of Oaklands Primary School is looking to appoint a skilled Administra-tion Clerk to work in a friendly and busy school office. The successful candidate will have ex-cellent communication skills (oral and written), good time management, the ability to cope un-der pressure and the ability to relate well to children, staff, parents and visitors to the school. The successful candidate will be: • Highly organised with excellent inter-personal skills• Welcoming to the school community and visitors• Able to work effectively as part of a dedicated hard-working team• Able to demonstrate excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills• Able to use Word and Excel• Knowledgeable of the school system process, including Bromcom and iTrent• Able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative• Trustworthy and professional• Responsible for budget management, financial controls and HR processes, pupil ad-ministration and other general school office management processes.
