Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead the financial management of their client's Capital Programme. Contract is for 7 months, in Nuneaton CV11 5AA.

Finance Business Partner

Pay Rate: Up to £21.65 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday

Contract length: 7 months

Location: Nuneaton CV11 5AA

Key Requirements

Experience in local government finance, including capital budgets and financial planning.

AAT qualified and studying towards a CCAB qualification (or equivalent Level 6 qualification).

Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monitoring, forecasting and reporting of the Capital Programme.

Provide financial advice and business partnering to Directors, budget holders and project managers.

Prepare financial reports, analysis and forecasts to support decision-making.

Support the production of the Statement of Accounts, external audits and other corporate finance activities.

Identify financial risks and drive improvements to financial processes, governance and reporting.
