Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a professional Early Years setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about leading teams, improving quality, and delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
The successful candidate will oversee the nursery team and daily operations, maintain high standards of EYFS practice and safeguarding, and drive continuous quality improvements with the goal of achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
