Summary
Salaried GP – Wellingborough
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join a well-established, supportive GP practice in
Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a stable role with a strong clinical team, manageable workload and opportunities for professional development.
Job Type
- Salaried GP
- 4–8 sessions per week (flexible)
- Permanent position
- Provide high-quality clinical care through face-to-face, telephone and online consultations
- Manage long-term conditions alongside the nursing and PCN teams
- Support QOF, clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to MDT meetings and collaborative care planning
- Ensure safe prescribing and accurate clinical documentation
- Optional involvement in training and supervision of learners
- Engage in continuous professional development and clinical governance
- Well-organised, forward-thinking practice with strong leadership
- Supportive multidisciplinary team: GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, HCAs and PCN staff
- Efficient clinical systems (EMIS Web or equivalent)
