We are seeking a highly experienced automotive professional for the position of Fast Fit Centre Manager in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence

- Maximise workshop productivity and achieve profit targets as a Fast Fit Centre Manager

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery

- Oversee daily workshop operations, including staff management, health & safety compliance, and workflow management

- Promote the company brand and develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

- Manage stock security and control, ensuring efficient workshop operations and adherence to company procedures

Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

- Proven experience in an automotive management role, ideally within a fast fit or autocentre environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets

- Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience

- Availability to work 48 hours per week, including Saturdays
