Position: Vehicle Damage Assessor

Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:

- Conduct inspections of damaged vehicles with accuracy and efficiency

- Assess the extent of damage and estimate repair costs and durations

- Liaise effectively with insurance companies and customers to streamline repair processes

- Ensure all work is completed to the highest technical and quality standards

- Document assessments thoroughly and professionally

- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and repair techniques

- Maintain accurate records of assessments and repairs

Requirements of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role within a bodyshop environment

- IMI VDA certification is essential

- Audatex qualification desirable

- Full UK driving licence

- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service

- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
