Summary

Provide a comprehensive administrative service on behalf of the Trust, undertaking all relevant work-related tasks including: Referral management: creating waiting list entries and maintaining patient demographics and data quality on the patient administration system Appointment management: booking appointments, organising clinics according to staff availability Health Records management: retrieval, preparation and filing of patient information/data General administration: printing correspondence, photocopying or e-mailing reports/letters according to the requirements of the service. To act as the first point of contact for all patients as they arrive to the department, attending to members of the general public seeking information and support regarding Cardio-Respiratory services.
