We’re excited to be growing the team at The Deck Restaurant and The Engine Room, located at Ocean Exmouth.
Across the two areas, we're a hub for live sport, live music, quizzes, events, great food, and memorable nights out. We're proud

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping to create the welcoming atmosphere
that keeps people coming back.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing friendly and attentive service to customers
• Taking food and drink orders and serving customers efficiently
• Preparing and serving drinks in line with company standards
• Supporting live sport, entertainment, quiz nights, and special events
• Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
• Processing payments and handling customer enquiries
• Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver great service during busy periods
• Helping with set-up and close-down duties as required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who bring enthusiasm, personality, and a passion for great customer service.
You'll be:
• Friendly, approachable, and confident talking to customers
• A strong team player who enjoys working with others
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to get stuck in
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and busy event periods
Previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, leisure, or customer-facing roles would be an advantage, but full training
will be provided.
Most importantly, we're looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make every visit enjoyable for our
customers.
