The Engine Room is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bar Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver unforgettable
experiences for our customers.
From major sporting events and live music nights to busy weekends and community gatherings, you'll be right at the heart of the
action, helping create the atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

THE ROLE
As Bar Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day operation of The Engine Room, leading shifts, motivating the team, and ensuring
every customer receives excellent service.
You'll:
* Lead shifts and support the smooth running of the venue
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience and create a welcoming atmosphere
* Support the planning and delivery of live sport, entertainment, quizzes, and special events
* Help drive sales through great service and product knowledge
* Train, support, and motivate team members on shift
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance are maintained
* Assist with stock control, cash handling, and operational checks
* Build positive relationships with customers and become a familiar face within the venue
* Act as a role model for service, professionalism, and teamwork
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience working in a bar, hospitality, or customer-focused environment
* Enjoys leading and supporting others to succeed
* Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Loves the atmosphere created by live sport, entertainment, and hospitality
* Is organised, reliable, and confident taking responsibility during shifts
* Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys leading from the front
Previous supervisory experience is desirable, but we'd also love to hear from ambitious hospitality professionals looking to take
the next step in their career.
