Summary

Hours: 23.5 hours per week, term time only

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Wraparound Care Site Lead to oversee our new breakfast and after-school club provision.

You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for children while leading a small team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the day-to-day operation of the breakfast and after-school clubs

Creating a fun, inclusive environment where children feel safe and engaged

Planning activities and sessions for children aged 4–11

Building positive relationships with children, parents and school staff

Managing resources and maintaining basic records

Acting as the Designated Lead on site, with support from our central safeguarding and operations teams

Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and compliance are maintained
