Rydym yn chwilio am Oruchwyliwr Gwasanaeth Cwsmeriaid llawn amser, parhaol i oruchwylio a rheoli gwasanaeth blaen tŷ i bob ymwelydd, myfyrwyr a staff y Brifysgol.

Bydd gennych brofiad o ddarparu gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid rhagorol yn ogystal â sgiliau TG a gweinyddu da. Byddwch yn gweithio'n dda mewn tîm ac yn meddu ar sgiliau rhyngbersonol a chyfathrebu da ynghyd â'r gallu i weithio ar eich menter eich hun. Dylai fod gan ymgeiswyr o leiaf 5 TGAU ar raddau A * - C (gan gynnwys Saesneg a Mathemateg) neu NVQ lefel 2 mewn maes pwnc perthnasol neu brofiad cyfatebol o weithio ym maes gofal cwsmeriaid gyda phrofiad o fod yn bwynt cyswllt cyntaf.

Customer Service Supervisor

Salary: £25,422 - £26,707 p.a. (Grade 4)

We are seeking a full-time, permanent, Customer Service Supervisor to supervise and manage front of house service to all visitors, University students and staff.

You will have experience of providing excellent customer service as well as good IT and administration skills. You will work well in a team and have good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* - C (incl. English and Maths) or NVQ level 2 in a relevant subject area or equivalent experience of working in a customer care area with experience of being the first point of contact.

The successful candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible. The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post. This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
