B2B Account Manager – Client Growth & Development

Redhill, Surrey | £30,000-£45,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission

The Role:

You will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive an excellent service whilst identifying opportunities to support their growth. You will also play a key role in developing new relationships, following up opportunities and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.

The business supports customers across various sectors and has built an excellent reputation through quality, expertise and personal service.

• Managing and developing existing customer relationships

• Becoming a trusted advisor to your customer base

• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts commercially

• Conducting customer reviews and understanding future requirements

• Responding to enquiries and providing tailored solutions

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

• Proactively developing new opportunities through relationship building and targeted outreach
