Summary

We are recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Account Administrator – this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and supporting a successful and growing business.

The role offers much more than a part-time position, with the opportunity to develop valuable commercial skills, earn additional income through personal and company bonus schemes, and progress into an Account Management position within 6–12 months for the right person.

Location: Crawley

Hours: 20 Hours Per Week (Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 2:30pm)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (FTE) pro rata plus Personal bonus and company performance bonus, providing a fantastic opportunity to increase your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective businesses using a pre-populated database.

Researching and identifying new business opportunities.

Building strong relationships with prospective businesses.

Following up telephone conversations with professional email correspondence.

Arranging appointments for the senior sales team using outlook calendars.

Maintaining accurate records of all communications and activities.

Supporting the company's business development and marketing activities.

Attending selected appointments alongside senior colleagues as confidence and experience develop.
