Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join a reputable automotive parts team in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and expanding business. - Competitive basic salary up to £31,000 plus £3,500 performance-based OTE

Duties as a Parts Sales Executive:

- Handling outbound and inbound calls to deliver excellent customer service

- Promoting and selling vehicle parts, with a focus on trade customers and dealerships

- Achieving individual sales targets to contribute to the overall business growth

- Collaborating with the parts team to ensure stock levels and availability meet customer demands

- Building strong relationships with clients through expert advice and identifying sales opportunities

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements for the Parts Sales Executive position:

- Proven experience in motor trade parts sales or a similar role

- Strong telephone and communication skills with a proactive sales approach

- Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and customer engagement

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding targets

- Flexibility to work hours between 8:00AM and 6:00PM, including some Saturday mornings on a rota basis

- Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a persistent sales mentality
