We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable commercial dealership located in Exeter. - Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients

- Managing customer inquiries and appointment scheduling efficiently

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks

- Supporting aftersales services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

- Ensuring seamless communication between customers and the dealership

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor within the automotive industry preferred

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy dealership environment

- Stable employment history with a professional approach

- Genuine passion for the motor trade and customer care

- Strong ability to build rapport and deliver tailored customer solutions
