Our client, a reputable franchised dealership in Dunfermline, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead their parts department effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to advance their automotive career within a well-established and trusted organisation.

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with overtime opportunities

Duties of a Parts Manager:

- Lead and manage the parts department, ensuring operational excellence

- Motivate and develop a team of parts advisors to achieve targets and KPIs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues as a Parts Manager

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximise revenue

- Oversee stock control, ordering, and pricing strategies

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental performance

- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Requirements:

- Extensive experience as a Parts Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Parts Advisor

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team within a fast-paced dealership environment

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Ability to identify new revenue streams and business opportunities

- Exceptional organisational and reporting skills

- A proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets

- Driving licence is essential
