Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Dunfermline. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to progress their career within a well-established dealership that values expertise and customer service excellence.

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally

- Qualify service requirements and diagnose vehicle running issues where appropriate

- Establish agreement with customers on the work to be carried out

- Clearly explain work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and approval

- Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards as a Service Advisor

- Maintain accurate records within relevant systems at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities

- Good understanding of vehicle systems and common issues

- Positive attitude and professional approach to work
