We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client’s busy Fast Fit Centre in Workington as an Assistant Fast Fit Manager.

The Assistant Fast Fit Manager will be supporting the Centre Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain high standards, and foster a motivated team. Responsibilities as an Assistant Fast Fit Manager:

- Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day operational management

- Oversee workloads, staffing, and meet operational targets

- Monitor and manage stock levels effectively

- Maintain health and safety standards across the centre

- Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards as an Assistant Fast Fit Manager

- Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the telephone

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Support the development and training of team members

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

- Full UK driving licence
