Salary Scale 4: £26,824 - £27,254 per annum

Based CLP Offices Chelmsford with occasional travel to CLP schools

37 hours per week | 52 weeks per year

Why This Role?

This isn’t just admin — it’sthe beating heart of our HR function. You’ll play a key role in supporting staff across multiple schools, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to exit

• Managing HR records, contracts, and compliance checks (DBS, right to work, references)

• Being the first point of contact for staff HR queries

• Keeping data accurate across systems, including the Single Central Register

• Coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding, and probation tracking

• Supporting appraisals, reporting, and HR projects
