• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
We're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable
Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team who are needing support weekly from a reliable and proactive team of bank staff. As a bank staff member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. The nursery are looking to build a group of regular bank staff who they can use weekly to support with extra hours. These shifts can start as early as 8am and the latest shift would be 6pm, with rota times varying between this.
What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting children in their learning, development, and daily routines.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Helping to create fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Working as part of a supportive and passionate nursery team.
What We're Looking For
• Childcare / Early Years Level 2 / 3 is desirable
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A positive, friendly, and caring attitude.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
