What You’ll Need
Essential
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Proven
experience as a Room Leader or equivalent
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations confidently
Desirable
Additional training in leadership, SEND, or safeguarding
What You’ll Do
Lead and support the baby room team to maintain quality and safety standards
Plan and implement activities that support early learning and development
Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress and wellbeing
Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Support staff development and daily operational decisions
