Summary
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Experience delivering training, coaching or user support within a digital, IT, healthcare or learning environment. Experience supporting users to develop new skills and confidence in digital systems. Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills. Experience creating or updating learning materials and user guidance. A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learning and change. The ability to organise and prioritise workloads while maintaining high standards of customer service.
