Summary
We are looking for a credible and collaborative leader with: Significant experience in Medical Workforce, HR, or operational management within the NHS. Strong knowledge of medical terms and conditions, medical workforce processes, and relevant employment legislation. Experience managing medical recruitment, onboarding, workforce compliance, or job planning processes. The ability to work confidently with senior clinicians, operational managers, and corporate teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and drive service improvements. A commitment to compassionate leadership, continuous improvement, and delivering an excellent colleague experience.
