Summary

Administering all aspects of the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to appointment. Advising managers on recruitment procedures, best practice and compliance requirements. Coordinating recruitment timelines, including advertising, shortlisting and interview arrangements. Completing NHS pre-employment checks in accordance with NHS Employment Check Standards. Undertaking and recording right to work checks and escalating complex immigration queries where required. Maintaining recruitment records within Trac, ESR and associated systems. Responding to recruitment enquiries from managers, candidates and external organisations. Supporting recruitment training and continuous service improvement initiatives.
