Summary
We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Group Functions team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden / flexibleHours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a HR Business Partner, you'll be working with functional leaders and their leadership teams, providing commercially focused and insight-led HR support across group functions. You'll help develop and deliver people plans that enable teams to perform effectively, strengthen capability and deliver against Group priorities. What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Business Partner, you'll be working within the Group Functions team, supporting them in delivering effective people solutions that enable business performance. Your day to day will include:
-Partnering with functional leaders as a trusted HR adviser, bringing practical solutions and constructive challenge that support performance
-Developing and implementing people plans aligned to Group and functional priorities, translating business needs into meaningful people actions
-Supporting organisational change activity including restructures and consultation processes, ensuring changes are well planned and clearly communicated
-Managing employee relations activity and advising on complex people matters, identifying themes and supporting interventions
-Using people data and insight to identify trends, inform decisions and recommend actions that improve outcomes
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Business Partner is great for you if:
-You have demonstrable HR business partnering experience in a medium or large organisation, ideally supporting corporate or shared service environments
-You're skilled at building influential relationships with senior stakeholders and providing confident, constructive challenge
-You have strong communication skills and can translate complex people or legal matters into clear, pragmatic advice
-Experience of organisational change, employee relations and supporting leaders through sensitive people matters
-Good knowledge of employment law, HR policy and modern HR practices, with an analytical mindset to interpret data and convert insight into action
