Summary

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Construction TA team. This role is based in Rushden.

Location: Rushden - Flexible with regular meetings on site and in office, regular working from homeHours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

This role will support a Talent Acquisition Business Partner by managing a high volume and fast-paced recruitment pipeline, coordinating end-to-end hiring activity across multiple vacancies and ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the recruitment process.

You'll be at the heart of our people strategy, using your skills and creativity to connect talented individuals with exciting opportunities across Kier.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll be working within the Talent Acquisition team, supporting them in delivering an excellent recruitment experience. Your day to day will include:

-Co-ordinating the recruitment process including writing and posting adverts, arranging interviews and reviewing offer details

-Sourcing candidates and talent pooling from job boards, providing timely candidate shortlists and screening by phone

-Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and other HR teams

-Acting as a positive brand ambassador for Kier, promoting our employee value proposition

-Supporting the organisation and co-ordination of recruitment events and being first point of contact for recruitment enquiries

What are we looking for?

This role of Talent Acquisition Advisor is great for you if:

-You have demonstrable experience within a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment, whether internal or agency

-You have the ability to directly source candidates using a variety of attraction methods

-You have good engagement skills with the ability to be a creative and curious thinker

-You're highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines

-You're a confident user of MS Office, candidate tracking systems and social media tools
