What You’ll Need
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within an early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
A warm, enthusiastic approach to early years care

Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
