This service is looking for a caring and enthusiastic
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a nurturing early years setting where children are encouraged to become confident learners. Built around an enriched Early Years curriculum, the nursery provides exceptional childcare and education, supporting every child to develop through curiosity, creativity, and play.
Designed to feel like a true home away from home, the nursery features calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully organised learning environments that encourage exploration and independence. Each classroom has been carefully created to meet the developmental needs of its age group, while inspiring children to learn at their own pace.
Children also enjoy access to outstanding indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including a dedicated soft play room, an inspiring art and discovery area, a welcoming library, and outdoor environments that promote exploration, imagination, and hands-on learning.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's individual learning and development.
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their learning journeys.
Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and the nursery's high standards at all times.
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
