Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of SEN students
- Employ a range of teaching methodologies and assistive technologies to support student learning

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student progress and inform future planning

Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS, with a specialism in SEN
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a SEN Teacher in a school or educational setting
- Proven track record of creating inclusive and engaging learning environments for SEN students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
