We are seeking a Facilities Manager to manage and lead an operational integrated facilities management team delivering services to the end client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and compliant delivery of a first-class integrated facility service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, service resilience, and operational performance.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced facilities management professional to lead client relationships, support staff welfare, drive continuous improvement, and ensure value for money across an allocated site or group of sites.
Acting as the contract representative and key point of contact, you will work closely with clients and customer teams to maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across hard and soft FM activities.
Ensure all KPIs, SLAs, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations are achieved.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and effective working relationships.
Lead, develop, and support onsite teams, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.
Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and Health & Safety compliance.
Manage contract budgets, cost control measures, financial reporting, and performance targets.
Identify and implement service improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and revenue growth opportunities.
Support contract mobilisations and ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company standards.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Facilities management leadership experience within integrated hard and soft FM services.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client and contractor relationships.
Proven people management experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage teams.
Commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and financial performance delivery.
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, statutory compliance, and safe systems of work.
Strong operational management capability with experience delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, planning, organisational, and reporting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
