Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our team in Nottingham, working within EBD and LD residential homes.

This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced staff who are passionate about supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in residential settings

Support individuals with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD)

Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes

Manage challenging behaviour in line with care plans and training

Build strong, positive relationships with young people

Support with education, activities, and daily routines

Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

Work as part of a dedicated residential care team
