Overview
Our newly transformed Global Technology Centre is a hub of innovation and technology for our prestigious client. Located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, the campus combines a state-of-the-art working environment with a historically significant and beautifully maintained 65-acre estate.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cleaning Supervisor with a positive attitude, plenty of energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain high standards across a busy and varied site.
The Role
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Provide guidance, support, and direction to the team as required.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, together with company policies and procedures.
Maintain the highest standards of work from both yourself and the wider team.
Assist with the induction and training of new employees and support performance reviews.
Collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
Promote a positive working culture built on teamwork, respect, and professional development.
About You
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment.
The ability to motivate teams and drive performance through effective leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to provide cover for other supervisors when required.
A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months.
