Overview
Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, this large and busy campus welcomes thousands of staff through its offices, meeting rooms, and dining spaces every day.
As an Evening Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead the evening team from Monday to Friday, ensuring the campus is refreshed and prepared for the following day. From high-traffic areas to specialist spaces, you will coordinate cleaning schedules, manage priorities, and maintain consistently high standards across the site.
Due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent service across a large and varied site.
The Role
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Provide guidance, support, and direction to the team as required.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage development and improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, together with company policies and procedures.
Maintain the highest standards of work from both yourself and the wider team.
Assist with the induction and training of new employees and support performance reviews.
Work collaboratively with other supervisors and managers to ensure a seamless handover between shifts.
Promote a positive working culture that encourages teamwork, mutual respect, and professional development.
About You
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months.
The ability to work independently while managing a busy team environment.
