Summary
To provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care that enables residents to maintain dignity, choice, independence and the best possible quality of life. The Care Assistant will work as part of the care team across flexible day and night shifts, following each resident’s care plan, risk assessments, preferences and the home’s policies.
