We are seeking a Performance and Data Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data is available to support strategic decision-making, service improvement, and organisational performance.
Job Description
We are looking for a collaborative and analytical professional who can help embed a data-driven culture, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights that enhance operational effectiveness and outcomes across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain regular operational performance reports across the contract.
Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Produce performance reports for senior leadership, boards, and stakeholders.
Conduct advanced data analysis and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
Oversee data collection, validation, governance, and work order reconciliation activities.
Manage and optimise data systems, reporting tools, dashboards, and CAFM integrations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide expert data advice.
Promote best practice in data literacy, performance management, and continuous service improvement.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience of MAS.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or business intelligence.
Experience working with KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to a range of audiences.
API integration experience.
CAFM and Facilities Management (FM) experience.
Power BI experience.
