We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyse data, design and develop data solutions, and provide visibility that enables data-driven action and insight.

​This role has a broad scope across various domains of performance and client KPI data held within multiple operating systems, with responsibility for supporting better decision-making.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can work closely with account teams, operational teams, and central functions to identify data patterns and trends, helping to highlight problem areas and best practice through clear and actionable analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and meaningful insights.

Design and develop data solutions to support business decision-making.

Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Apply analytical techniques to uncover relationships and trends within data.

Create dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Work closely with business leaders, operational teams, and clients to understand requirements.

Translate business requirements into analytical outputs and reporting solutions.

Ensure adherence to data governance standards, policies, security requirements, and data quality standards.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong data analysis and exploration skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

Experience in data cleaning, preparation, validation, and transformation.

Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries, joining tables, creating views, and query optimisation.

Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Understanding of statistical methods, probability, distributions, and basic modelling.

Awareness of data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, security, and compliance.
