Summary
We are looking for a credible and collaborative leader with: A current or previous professional registration with the NMC, HCPC, GMC, or GPhC. Significant experience leading rostering, staffing, workforce deployment, or operational workforce services. Strong knowledge of safer staffing principles, workforce planning, and roster governance. Experience of eRostering systems, workforce reporting, and performance management. Proven ability to influence senior clinicians, managers, and operational teams. A commitment to delivering excellent services through compassionate, inclusive leadership.
