Title:Flexible Care Assistant/Personal Assistant Role (Employed or Self-Employed)Location:Norwich, NR4Role Overview:I am seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and truly conscientious Personal Care Assistant. This role is available on either an employed basis, or to hire the services of those who are already registered as self-employed. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support that respects the individual's autonomy, choices, and daily routines.
Flexible Working Opportunities:
Offering a flexible approach, ideal for carers seeking a better work-life balance or additional hours around existing commitments. There are no fixed days or set shift patterns, and will be offered during afternoon/evenings/nights (Not over-night).
Shifts will be offered on a weekly basis, depending on the client’s needs and the carer’s availability. This role is for someone who takes pride in doing a job "right" the first time.Requirements:• Verifiable references demonstrating reliability, respect and honesty.• Food hygiene and H&S certifications (or willingness to train).• A genuine interest in cooking from scratch, with fresh ingredients• Clear spoken, written and auditory English skills, to easily understand and communicate with a client with varied speech and processing difficulties.• You uphold confidentiality and GDPR• Enhanced DBS – provided by employer• Driver/use of own car, with Business Class 1 carer insurance, specifically to take clients out in your own vehicle, required by law.If Self Employed:
