• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Confident using IT systems and digital tools to support teaching and learning.
• Previousteaching experience or experience supporting apprentices in the workplace is desirable

• Deliver high-quality Plumbing teaching and learning programmes to a diverse range of learners.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning activities, ensuring students receivetimelyand constructive feedback.
• Act as a Personal Tutor, providing guidance,supportand pastoral care to learners.
• Monitor student progress,attendanceand achievement,maintainingaccuraterecords.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement activities.
• Support learners in achieving their qualifications and progressing into employment or further study.
• Develop strong links with employers and contribute to work placement opportunities.
• Participate in open evenings, recruitmenteventsand wider college activities.
