Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, tailoring your approach to their individual needs and learning styles

- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, contributing ideas and resources to enhance the learning experience

- Monitor and support students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required

- Facilitate engaging and educational activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play

- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and new initiatives

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures

- Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Proficient in the use of technology, including educational software and digital tools

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to the changing needs of the classroom

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continually learn and grow

- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable

- Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant certificate or degree in education, are preferred but not essential
