Summary
Role Overview: Catering & Logistics Operative
This role supports the day-to-day operations within catering and logistics environments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high standards of hygiene at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with food preparation and packaging in line with operational requirements
Handling stock, including receiving, checking, and organising goods
Maintaining cleanliness across all work areas, including dishwashing and sanitation duties
Accurately checking products and completing relevant documentation/forms
Supporting warehouse-related activities, including stock movement and inventory control
Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Candidate Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic numerical and literacy skills for stock checks and documentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends where required
Physically capable of manual handling tasks, including lifting and working in chilled environments
