Summary

Warehouse Operative roles available working days or night shifts on a long-term ongoing basis for a leading logistics company based next to Heathrow airport.

You will become a crucial part in a largescale in the transfer of perishable goods across the globe 24/7, 365 days a year.

STARTS AVAILABLE FROM AUGUST 2026

Hours & Shifts:

5AM START TIME EACH DAY

4 SHIFTS ON - 4 DAYS OFF

8-12 hours per shift available – dependant on business need.

Maximum of 60 hours per week.

Pay Rates:

DAYS £12.99 per hour + £1.57 per hour holiday pay

As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a chilled warehouse environment undertaking any of the following duties

- Picking and Lifting

- Involves manual handling and standing for lengthy periods of time.

- Support the day-to-day warehouse operations

- Perform loading and unloading of containers

- Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received

- Perform picking and packing function based on the requirement for delivery to the retail outlets / customers

- Ensure that the inventory system is updated accurately and promptly

- Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse

- Any other duties / tasks as assigned

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:

- Warehouse Operative experience ideally

- Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and be physically fit to manually lift heavy items.

- The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable 5 years’ worth of employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client.
