Summary
Supporting a young gentleman to access the community and socialise. The right candidate will be reliable and happy to accompany on days out and also shopping. Other duties will include prompting medication, guidance with meal preparation and assistance with housework.
They should be friendly and patient and have a flexible approach to work.
