Summary
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to support a young gentleman to maintain his independence and live a fulfilling life.
The role involves encouraging and prompting him with his morning personal care routine, preparing his breakfast, and supporting him to attend work or college. You will also collect him from work or college and accompany him to community activities, including football, tennis, and occasionally the gym.
The successful candidate will promote independence, encourage choice and inclusion, provide safe and person-centred support, and help him access activities that enhance his health, wellbeing, and quality of life.COS available after 3 months probation.
