Summary

Our client based in St Neots are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm. (Part Time hours and hybrid working may be considered for this role).

As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing legal advice and services to clients. Your duties will include :-

Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing

•Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process

•Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email

•You will prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents

•You will handle all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry

•Provide a consistent high level of customer service to clients

•Comply with all policies and procedures, including AML policies

Salary depending on experience from £60,000 - £75,000, pension, health insurance, generous holiday entitlement and training opportunities.
