Summary

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing business based in Northampton, is seeking skilled and motivated Title Checkers to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and progressive organisation. For the right candidate, fully remote working may be considered, although candidates should have proven title checking experience within residential conveyancing.

As an experienced Title Checker, your duties & responsibilities will be:

Managing all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries across all residential tenures

Reviewing, checking, and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiries

Managing a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiency

Liaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactions

Demonstrating strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, ideally within a title checking role

Working proactively with strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines

To be considered for the Title Checker role you will have:

Proven experience in title checking and / or relevant industry qualifications

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Strong attention to detail and a hardworking approach
