You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to an individual with learning disabilities and autism, who enjoys a range of unique interests and activities.

Our service user has made remarkable progress since his discharge from a different setting, and we are building on his progress positively to return to activities he used to enjoy. Trips to the seaside and water tunnel are his favourite activities which we are currently working hard to recreate. He values being around familiar people he remembers positively.

The ideal candidate will bring patience, creativity, and a genuine willingness to engage in the things he enjoys most. Previous experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge is highly desirable.
