We’re looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Project Manager (New Business) in the Development Delivery Team. The Development Delivery New Business Team is responsible for identifying and delivering new land and development opportunities to support Karbon’s new build development strategy.
About The Role
The Project Manager (New Business) will support the implementation of Karbon’s new build development strategy. The role will support the identification and appraisal of new business and assist in project managing the delivery of new homes from inception through to transition into construction delivery. The Project Manager will play a key role in assisting with development programme delivery, performance monitoring and internal and external audit compliance. You’ll work as part of a team to achieve targets, KPIs and objectives. Developing and sustaining relationships with Local Authority and development partners will be a key part of the role.
About You
The right person for the job will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to lead and manage a project team. You must be transparent and open, acting with integrity and able to build high levels of trust. A collaborative and inclusive approach is essential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong record of achievement in service delivery within a housing development delivery environment, including experience in supporting the delivery of Homes England funded development programmes. You must have experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders and experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective team.

annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405
per annum
Location: Stanley or Gosforth
Regular travel will be required
37 Hours per week with agile working
