We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate and experienced individual for the role of Supported Housing Delivery Team Manager in the Supported Housing Team. Supporting customers to enable them to live independently in their own homes and give them the opportunities and tools to thrive.
About The Role
The Team Manager will lead our dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers and our Newcastle Commissioned contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality, person centred support while driving operational excellence.
A key aspect of the role will be referral management and void management ensuring properties are re-let efficiently.
You will build effective relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has experience managing staff within a mental health or supported housing services. Experience of performance management, staff development and service improvement. You’ll need to be able to risk manage and have knowledge of safeguarding. Experience of managing referrals and voids.

- Salary is £46,411 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum
- Location: Gosforth
- Regular travel will be required
- 37 hours per week with agile working
- 26 days annual leave (rising to 31 after 3 years)
