We are currently recruiting for the position of Car Sales Executive at a well-established dealership located in Rainham, East London. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding sales targets, and representing a reputable organisation.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques

- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through to vehicle handover

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support

- Promote finance, insurance, and warranty products effectively

- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and vehicle stock levels

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Professional attitude with a proactive work ethic

- A genuine passion for the motor industry and customer service

- Possession of a full UK driving licence

- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment

- Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the weekly rota
